Pachisi — play online free with friends
Roll fives, dodge blockades and race all four pawns home.
If you know the classic Ludo and Parcheesi, you already know the idea — Pachisi is TableTop's original take on the same style of game, free to play online.
Race your four pawns from your nest all the way around the board and up your home row. Roll fives to get out, capture rivals for bonus moves, and be the first to bring all four pawns home.

How to play Pachisi
Getting out of the nest
- Pawns start in your nest and enter the board on your entry square.
- You need a 5 to enter: either one die showing 5, or both dice adding up to 5 (which uses both).
- Entering onto an opponent sitting on your entry square captures them — the only capture allowed on a safe square.
Moving
- Roll two dice, then play each die separately — on the same pawn or two different pawns.
- Tap a movement value, then tap a highlighted pawn to move it.
- If a value has no legal move it is forfeited. You can also pass your remaining moves.
Captures and safe squares
- Landing exactly on a single opponent pawn sends it back to its nest and earns you a 20-space bonus move.
- Squares marked with a star are safe: pawns there cannot be captured, and you cannot land on an occupied safe square.
- Bonus moves (10 and 20) move one pawn the full amount — they cannot be split or used to enter.
Blockades
- Two pawns of the same color on one square form a blockade.
- No pawn may land on or pass a blockade — not even its owner.
Doubles
- Rolling doubles gives you another roll after you finish moving.
- A third consecutive doubles is a penalty: your lead pawn on the ring is sent back to the nest and your turn ends.
Winning
- After circling the board, pawns climb your colored home row and must reach home by exact count.
- Bringing a pawn home earns a 10-space bonus move.
- The first player to bring all four pawns home wins.
